Inspired by the changing landscape of contemporary, multi-tasking business travelers, Etkin Johnson Group recently unveiled plans to develop a Hyatt Place hotel at Church Ranch adapted to today’s “24/7 lifestyle.”

“This group of travelers shares a mindset and way of life that revolves around seamlessly merging personal and professional activities,” commented Barbara Grogan, Executive Vice President. Hyatt Place at Church Ranch will offer travelers a balanced mix of comfortable and functional guestroom amenities such as: 42-inch high-definition televisions with next generation entertainment content; free Wi-Fi access; a comfortable, eight-foot sectional sofa-sleeper, all within an oversized, suite-like room with 20 percent more space than the average hotel room.

Hyatt Place is a new kind of hotel that is different from, yet complementary to, Hyatt’s full-service brands. The new concept was based on extensive consumer research commissioned by Hyatt that uncovered the demands of a new breed of sophisticated travelers who intermingle their professional and personal lives.

Church Ranch initially gained fame as the first stop on the Overland Stagecoach Route, which linked Denver and Boulder. The historic stop became home to George Henry Church and his wife Sarah, who arrived from Iowa in a covered wagon in 1861. Captivated with the breathtaking beauty of the area, they built a house on Walnut Creek between Broomfield and Westminster. Here, they established the Church’s Crossing Stagestop for weary travelers, including President Ulysses S. Grant.

Today, the tradition of innovation continues at Church Ranch Corporate Center. This strategic landmark, perfectly situated between Denver and Boulder, is the ideal location for progressive companies that want to remain on the leading edge.

The intersection of U.S. 36 and Church Ranch Boulevard/ 104th Avenue in Westminster is considered the gathering place for the entire North-Metro Denver region. Home to the Westminster Promenade, The Shops at Walnut Creek and Etkin Johnson’s Church Ranch Corporate Center, this world-class setting continues to evolve as a premier business address.

Since Church Ranch is the only mixed-use development at this prominent interchange to offer office/flex space and build-to-suit sites, opportunities are limited. Crosswalk, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent storage grid systems recently took advantage of an opportunity to lease 34,000 square feet of available space.

Current availabilities range from 2,119 to 19472 rentable sq. ft. in state-of-the-art buildings with outstanding visibility to US 36. The park-like campus also offers splendid mountain views and an extensive trail system.
